Whether you’re a hiker or a biker our STRONG MUSCLE MASSAGE gets results. It’s a massage using an athletic approach that takes into account your physical wellbeing. We apply the traditional Swedish massage techniques; a combination of gliding strokes, kneading, deep circular movements, vibration and tapping.
Sore and stiff muscles are caused not only by physical activity but also by a lack of activity. This is often the case with people who spend lots of time stuck in one position, like sitting at a desk or driving a car. Muscles can also tighten up when you get emotionally stressed and remain painful for a very long time.
Muscles are arranged in various layers throughout the body; they overlap and often work together. We treat not only the surfaces of muscles but also the deeper underlying muscles, fascia, ligaments and tendons. If you have an area of particular concern, such as tension in the shoulders or tired legs, we can focus on that area.
Chronic muscle tension cannot be healed in one session but it’s a great beginning to improve the condition of your muscles!
